Legendars, operating the Legendars skill contest engine, is a skill-based contest and sweepstakes platform. Contests are designed to satisfy the skill-based exemption to gambling laws in jurisdictions where such exemptions apply.

How outcomes are determined

• Contest results are calculated from participants' predictions vs. real, publicly reported game statistics.
• No odds, no randomization, no dice rolls, no RNG.
• No house or bookmaker takes positions against participants.
• Rankings are produced algorithmically and transparently.

$CIPE

$CIPE is a closed-loop utility unit used only within the Legendars ecosystem. It can be earned through gameplay, promotions, AMOE credits, and contest winnings. It is not a security, not a fiat currency, and not a wagering instrument.
